Return Policy
Goods are always delivered in the manufacturer’s packaging. In the event that goods are delivered without packaging, the buyer MUST REFUSE to accept them.
Returns are accepted within five (5) days from receipt, provided that the packaging has not been tampered with (exactly as delivered), and refunds will be issued within two (2) days.
If there is any pending issue with your order, you will receive a corresponding email. Alternatively, we will contact you at the phone numbers you provided during registration or when placing your order on our website.
There is no way to disable these notifications, the sending of which is a prerequisite for the proper processing of your order. You must ensure that these emails can reach you and that you keep them for the entire duration of our transaction. It is your obligation, if you do not receive the relevant emails, according to the general terms governing our transactions, to inform us without delay.
Product Returns at the Store’s Expense
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement:
In all cases where, due to proven fault of COPYHELP O.E., you were delivered products other than those you ordered, or substantially different from them.
In all cases where the product was defective or missing an agreed feature, provided that no other provision is made by the manufacturer’s warranty and the product is within the warranty period, in which case the warranty terms apply.
Product Returns at the Customer’s Expense
You have the right to return the products you purchased in cases where, for any reason other than the above, you have changed your mind and no longer wish to purchase the product. The return of the products may be made by the customer, at their own shipping expense, after consultation with the staff of COPYHELP O.E. In this case, the product must be in perfect condition, together with all documents that accompanied it, and with its packaging intact.
In the event of a return, and provided that the products have first been received and inspected by COPYHELP O.E., the refund to the customer will be made:
In the case of payment by credit card, by cancelling the credit card charge.
In the case of cash payment, if the customer had chosen the “pickup from store” option, by returning the money to them at the store.
If the products are returned damaged or incomplete, COPYHELP O.E. has the right to refuse the return.
In addition, for all cases, the product to be replaced or repaired must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. For all the above cases, the products to be replaced or repaired must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, with the packaging that normally accompanies the product (matching IMEI where applicable), and in perfect condition, together with all documents that accompanied the product (e.g., Invoice, Retail Receipt, etc.).
Before any return, it is recommended to first consult with the staff of COPYHELP O.E..
In any case, return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:
You contact COPYHELP O.E. the same day or the next working day.
In the case of exchanging the product within 5 days for another product(s) of equal value or with an additional payment, or withdrawal, the product must not have been used and must be accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g., Invoice, Retail Receipt, etc.).
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation can be made in the following cases:
Before completion of the order: during the online ordering process, you can click “back” in your browser and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking the “remove” button.
If the order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped: call +30 2510 211761 and one of our associates will handle the cancellation.
After receipt of the product: call us or contact us via the website’s email form, explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order. One of our associates will assist you immediately and inform you of all your options.
If your order has already been invoiced and you wish to cancel it: contact the Customer Service Department at +30 2510 211761 and provide your order details.
